We are a client-focused organisation and are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to become a key part of our team in Darwin, NT in a full-time capacity.

About the Role: Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role while also enjoying being part of a close-knit team. Flexibility is key. This role will report directly to the Hire Team Manager - East, who is based in our Canning Vale office in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing calls professionally
  • Updating and maintaining customer accounts
  • Uploading images and documents to customer accounts
  • Verifying returned assets
  • Handling customer enquiries professionally
  • Coordinating hire equipment delivery and returns
  • Updating spreadsheets to track equipment locations
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work well in a small, dynamic team
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • A professional, friendly phone manner
  • High attention to detail, particularly with data entry
