We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to take ownership of our Service and Parts functions nationally, ensuring seamless post-sales support and an exceptional customer experience. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring outstanding post-sales support across warranty, repairs, technical issues, parts, and escalated service matters.

Reporting to the General Manager of Equipment division, you will work closely with Operations, Hire, OEMs and customers to ensure equipment performance, minimise downtime and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

About the role

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee aftersales support including warranty, repairs, faults, maintenance and escalated service issues

  • Manage and monitor plant failures, identify trends and implement preventative strategies

  • Supervise warranty claims and liaise with OEMs on technical issues and improvements

  • Provide technical guidance and support to field service teams and customers

  • Support the Hire team to minimise lost hire and ensure timely customer outcomes

  • Review and oversee damage quotations and aftersales documentation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Promote high standards of safety, professionalism and compliance across all activities

About you

You will bring:

  • Trade qualification (highly regarded)

  • Strong experience with earthmoving or mobile plant equipment

  • Proven aftersales, service or technical leadership experience

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

  • A professional, customer-focused approach

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Current C Class Driver’s Licence

  • Willingness to travel nationally as required
