We are currently seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Asset Administrator at our Welshpool branch. This role is essential in supporting the asset management team through a variety of administrative tasks. If you have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities/duties will include:

  • Liaise with suppliers, financiers, hire teams, and workshops

  • Process quotes and assist with cost estimation

  • Perform accurate data entry

  • Assist with the creation and upkeep of asset folders and related documentation

  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers

  • General administration duties

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administration role

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks

  • A pleasant and clear phone manner with a professional demeanour

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills

  • Ability to speak Mandarin (Desirable)
