We are currently seeking a motivated Branch Administrator to join our team at our Oxley branch. This all-rounder role plays a key part in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the branch through administrative assistance across multiple departments, including Hire, Transport, Field Service, and Parts.


About the Role

As a Branch Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative and customer service support across the branch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied position, enjoys working with different teams, and can adapt to shifting priorities throughout the day.

You’ll assist with coordination tasks, customer enquiries, data entry, scheduling support, and general office administration—ensuring each department operates efficiently and professionally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across Hire, Transport, Field Service, and Parts

  • Assist with customer enquiries via phone, email, and front counter

  • Prepare quotes, job sheets, and documentation as required by each department

  • Support scheduling and coordination of transport movements, service bookings, and hire requirements

  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and assist with processing on-charges

  • Liaise with internal departments, customers, and contractors in a professional manner

  • Assist with general office duties including reception, filing, and correspondence

  • Contribute to positive branch culture and exceptional customer service standards


What You’ll Bring

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Adaptability and the ability to work across multiple teams

  • Strong attention to detail and time management

  • Intermediate computer literacy (Microsoft Office and internal systems)

  • Previous admin experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of plant and equipment (desirable but not essential)
