We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Representative to join our team and play a key role in expanding the Brooks Parts brand. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities across our markets.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, mechanically minded, with a strong determination to achieve results, promote our products and services, and contribute to the continued success of Brooks Parts.

About the Role:
As a Business Representative for Brooks Parts, you will:

  • Drive business growth by increasing parts sales revenue.

  • Develop and maintain productive client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Generate and manage a database of leads through various networking strategies, including meetings, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.

  • Represent Brooks Parts at expos and industry events, demonstrating our expertise and building our brand presence (often outside of regular working hours).

  • Work with the Brooks Parts team to ensure seamless parts delivery.

  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to assist Brooks Parts with managing accurate and relevant stockholding.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the plant and equipment service and spare parts sector.

  • Mechanical Trade Qualified applicants are highly desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of earthmoving equipment and their applications in construction and mining is highly regarded.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.

  • Flexibility to travel frequently and work flexible hours as required.
