We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Heavy Diesel Field Service Mechanic to join our dynamic team working across Pilbara mine sites on a 2:1 FIFO roster, rotating between day and night shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform field service maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of heavy earthmoving equipment (XCMG, CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, etc.)

Conduct scheduled servicing, breakdown response, and component replacements in remote mine site environments

Liaise with site supervisors and coordinators to deliver timely and high-quality service
-
Ensure all work is completed to compliance, safety, and environmental standards

Accurately complete job cards, timesheets, and service reports
What You’ll Bring

Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification (Cert III or equivalent)

Proven experience in mining or heavy equipment field servicing (minimum 3 years)

Current valid C-class driver’s licence (HR, LF and HC desirable)

Strong diagnostic skills with hydraulic and electrical systems

Ability to work independently in remote and challenging conditions

Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
