We are currently seeking a HD Mechanic and suitably qualified LV Mechanics are also encouraged to apply to join our team at our Withcott branch.

Responsibilities/duties will include:

  • Mechanical diagnosis, repairs and service of equipment

  • Component rebuilds

  • Carry out major repairs

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Mechanical or Light Vehicle Mechanical

  • Be competent in performing routine maintenance and services on plant machines

  • Diagnose and test parts and components

  • Undertake repairs and services on vehicles (light, medium, heavy), Civil & Earthmoving equipment and small plant.

  • Driver's License, HR (preferred)

  • Komatsu and Cat experience (desirable but not essential)

  • Forklift / High risk work licenses (desirable)

  • Hands on approach

  • Ability to work autonomously, in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to pass a Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test
