Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming hire requests and assist clients with their equipment needs
  • Prepare and complete Hire Agreements and Customer Hire Contracts
  • Provide equipment hire quotations
  • Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Coordinate with the Transport division to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of equipment
  • Book and invoice equipment hires
  • Oversee the movement of hire equipment
  • General administration and reception tasks
