Responsibilities/Duties:

Manage workflow from service to workshop

Contribute to the setup of the workshop and parts department

Conduct minor repairs and servicing

Prepare new machines for sale

Perform mechanical repairs and contribute to new build/modifications
Requirements:
-
Heavy vehicle/machinery mechanical trade qualification required
-
Essential experience in a similar role
-
Minimum 3-5 years of similar Leading Hand experience required

3/1 & 2/2 roster options available
-
Solid knowledge of Heavy Duty Equipment
-
Competency in routine maintenance on machines
-
Driver's license, HR preferred
-
Desirable Forklift/High-risk work licenses

Hands-on approach and excellent communication skills

Proficient computer skills
-
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Must pass a Medical, including a Drug & Alcohol test
