We are now seeking to employ an experienced Parts Interpreter to join the Brooks Parts Team, located within our Cannington branch.
Responsibilities/duties will include:
- Parts interpreting and identification to assist with parts required
- Utilise company software to enter data, including but not limited to invoices, receivals, quotes, purchase orders, etc.
- Work closely with the brooks Equipment team and use initiative to improve parts and inventory systems
- Ordering and receipting of parts ordered
- Pickup and delivery of parts as required
- Inventory control including monthly stocktakes
- Organisation of parts (sorting and distributing)
- Assisting managers/staff with ad hoc duties
- Relief work for parts department as required
- Customer support
- Maintain supplier relationships
- Ensure all operations are compliant with Environment and OS&H Standards
Requirements:
- Knowledge of earthmoving machinery advantageous
- Manual C Class Driver's License
- Forklift License required
- Understanding of parts management processes
- Ability to read and interpret exploded parts diagrams
- Sound computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- NetSuite software experience desirable but not essential
