We are looking for an experienced and proactive Parts Manager to join our Oxley team. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive attitude to lead our parts and inventory operations.
Key Requirements:

Earthmoving equipment experience

Mechanical aptitude

Valid Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence

Ability to manage and support parts/admin staff

Strong communication and negotiation skills

High level of computer literacy (experience with Greentree is advantageous)

Strong inventory control and parts interpretation capabilities
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Parts Operations: Oversee procurement, inventory control, and supplier relationships to ensure timely parts availability for workshop and field service teams.

System & Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate records in the Greentree system, including hours, parts, quotes, and freight charges.

Team Leadership: Provide support and guidance to parts and admin staff, ensuring a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Parts Interpretation & Quoting: Accurately identify parts, raise purchase orders, obtain competitive quotes, and prepare quotes for repairs and damages.

Stock Control & Reporting: Conduct regular stocktakes, manage restocking, investigate variances, and maintain the freight register for cost recovery.

Maintenance Support: Assist with the preparation and scheduling of maintenance plans to meet equipment performance targets, including emergency breakdown support.
