The Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in fostering strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring our clients have the support and solutions they need to succeed. You’ll be a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and managing accounts to deliver outstanding results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver tailored solutions, leveraging our full suite of site services.
  • Manage the end-to-end account process, from initial contact to ongoing support and retention.
  • Collaborate with our Hire Teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and drive new business development.
  • Provide exceptional service and maintain a client-focused approach.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by communicating regularly, understanding their needs, and addressing technical questions.
  • Generate leads and reach out to potential customers via phone and site visits.
  • Developing a strong understanding of Brooks’ services as well as the needs of our target market.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in access equipment, site services, construction, or equipment hire .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and driving client success.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
