About the Role:
In this role, you will assist our HD Mechanics with a variety of workshop tasks while learning valuable hands-on experience working on heavy mobile equipment. You’ll assist with maintenance, repairs, servicing, and general workshop duties, learning from experienced tradespeople in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting HD Mechanics with maintenance and repair tasks

Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

Cleaning, preparing, and maintaining equipment and work areas

General workshop and labouring duties
-
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
-
Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-
Interest in mechanical trades and heavy equipment maintenance
-
Reliable and punctual
-
Ability to work well in a team environment
-
Current Driver’s Licence preferred

Willingness to occasionally work weekends and flexible hours
-
Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations

Ability to pass a Medical, including a Drug & Alcohol test
-
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Strong organisational skills for efficient work

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
