We are currently seeking a motivated Transport Administrator to join our team at our Oxley branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth and efficient operations of our Transport division.
About the Role
This role will support our Transport division by coordinating machine movements, preparing quotes, and ensuring efficient day-to-day transport operations. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced logistics work and building strong customer and contractor relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Transport team

Organise and manage transport quotes

Schedule transport jobs and liaise with both internal teams and external customers

Coordinate timely machine mobilisations, demobilisations, and swap-outs

Maintain strong relationships with transport contractors and clients

Process transport-related on-charges to customers

Perform general admin duties including answering phones, data entry, and correspondence

Maintain strong relationships with transport contractors
What You’ll Bring

Knowledge of heavy plant and equipment (desirable but not essential)

Intermediate or above computer literacy

Strong time management and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience with quoting and manifesting transport operations
