With over 45 years of industry experience, Brooks is a trusted name in equipment supply across Australia. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for an enthusiastic and driven Used Equipment & Parts Salesperson to join our Welshpool branch. This unique role works across Brooks Equipment Sales and Brooks Parts, covering used equipment, tyres, filters, and spare parts sales.

As part of a high-performing team, you'll manage your own portfolio, generate new leads, and drive sales growth – all while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell used earthmoving and construction equipment

  • Drive tyre, filter, and spare parts sales through inbound and outbound enquiries

  • Prepare quotes and sales documentation in a timely, professional manner

  • Source and cost parts or equipment builds in line with customer needs

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Achieve monthly sales targets

  • Attend customer sites and industry events to promote the Brooks brand

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service


To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Previous sales experience (used equipment and/or parts highly regarded)

  • Knowledge of earthmoving or construction machinery

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • High level of initiative, organisation, and follow-through

  • A current Driver’s Licence

  • Intermediate MS Office skills

  • The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively

  • Willingness to travel as required
