We are looking for an experienced receptionist who is happy to be an all rounder to work 3 days a week in our Welshpool Head Office.

Responsibilities/duties will include:

  • Greeting walk in customers and assisting with their enquiries
  • Supporting our national phone network
  • Maintenance of  stationery, property and other adhoc duties as requested
  • General administration duties
  • Support for event management as necessary

Requirements:

  • Highly personable and proactive attitude
  • Previous receptionist experience required
  • Ability to job share and work cohesively as a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hands on approach
  • Current drivers licence
  • Sound computer skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
