How We Contract
Brooks Group entities provide equipment and services under their standard terms and conditions, including (where applicable) the Master Equipment Hire Agreement (MEHA) and associated Hire Schedules or similar.
Customer purchase orders or terms are accepted for administrative purposes only and do not amend or override these arrangements unless expressly agreed in writing by Brooks.
This approach ensures clarity, consistent risk allocation, and reliable service delivery across all projects.
