Position: Customer Service Representative

Role Overview: We're in search of an experienced individual to provide exceptional support to our valued customers, ensuring seamless equipment hire and delivery tailored to their needs. Your organizational prowess and customer-centric approach will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Skills Required:
- • Proven ability to work autonomously and efficiently
- • Demonstrated customer service experience
- • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in relevant software
- • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities adeptly
Responsibilities:
- • Handle incoming hire requests and assist clients with their requirements
- • Prepare and finalize Hire Agreements and Customer Hire Contracts
- • Provide accurate quotations for equipment hire
- • Cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients
- • Coordinate closely with our Transport division to ensure timely equipment delivery and retrieval
- • Manage equipment bookings and invoicing processes
- • Facilitate the smooth movement of hire equipment
- • Perform general administration and reception duties as required
