We are a client-focused organisation and are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to become a key part of our team in Tom Price, WA, in a full-time capacity.
About the Role: Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role while also enjoying being part of a close-knit team. Flexibility is key — we need someone who’s not afraid to pitch in and assist with occasional workshop tasks when needed.
Please note: This is a local-based position; FIFO applications will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and accounts payable
- Dispatches and receivables management
- Answering and directing calls professionally
- Raising and managing purchase orders
- Communicating with customers and suppliers
- Processing cash and credit applications
- Updating and maintaining customer accounts
- Uploading images and documents to customer accounts
- General administrative tasks
- Ad hoc workshop duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work well in a small, dynamic team
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A professional, friendly phone manner
- High attention to detail, particularly with data entry
